Applicable Law

You acknowledge and agree that the laws of the province of Ontario without regard to conflict of law principles, and applicable federal law, will govern these Terms of Use, your use of the Site, and any dispute of any kind that might arise between you and Circular Innovation Council in connection with the Site.
